Sean Connery: The First Bond
The original and for many the definitive James Bond who appeared in the first five films. He abruptly left the role following You Only Live Twice but later returned for Diamonds are Forever and Never Say Never Again, if you count that one. On the EW cover we see that JFK was a bigtime 007 fan. Of course six months later he was to be assasinated. Also of interest was Jane Fonda known then as the cute daughter of Henry Fonda and long before she became Hanoi Jane.
